Delivery Information

Our standard delivery time frame across all orders is 2 - 3 Days from point of order. If items are not in stock, we advise availability and an estimated delivery time where possible.

All orders are dispatched by UPS on their standard delivery schedule, which also require a signature on delivery.  If items are not in stock, we advise availability and an estimated delivery time where possible. We also ship many goods to international destinations. If you are an international customer, please be advised that delivery charges are always quoted. For shipping rates outside of the UK please contact our customer services at sales@midlandairtools.co.uk

International Orders

Carriage charges will not be advised when placing an order online. Your order will go on hold for a delivery cost to be calculated. We will then contact you with the total cost and ask if you wish to proceed with the order.


Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?
Before returning any products to us, please contact us first with your personal details and reasons for wanting to make a return. You will need to obtain a returns reference in order to complete your return.

Our Returns Policy
There will be a 30% restocking fee for tools that are returned through no fault of Midland Air Tools Ltd. Please be advised that due to a recent change in manufacturer policy, Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools can only be returned if the following conditions are met:
If the goods are unused, in a re-saleable condition and you have retained the packaging.
Please also be advised that tools are supplied with a quality seal on the box. If this seal is broken we reserve the right to charge an additional 20%, and therefore the total restocking fee would be 50%.


When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for any reason and get a part refund at any time before you receive the goods, or up to the end of seven working days after the day you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and public holidays. However there will be a 30% re-stocking charge for any goods returned through no fault of Midland Air Tools Ltd – Please also be advised that tools are supplied with a quality seal on the box. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible. If you have already received the goods, you can only exercise this right to cancel your order if the goods are unused, in a re-saleable condition and you have retained the packaging.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost to the following address unless we are at fault, in which case we will arrange collection
