When we receive your tool, it will be booked in and logged on our system with a reference number
ASSESSMENT AND INSPECTION

QUOTE
You will be contacted by our Service Team with a quote to repair
CONFIRMATION
If you are happy with your quote and would like to go ahead, please send confirmation to the Sales or Service team
REPAIR
Your tool repair will then be carried out using genuine parts. Most parts are in stock. On occasion we may need to order a part which could cause a slight delay
TEST AND FINAL INSPECTION
After the repair is carried out, your tool will be tested and inspected to ensure it is working to the highest standard
RETURNED
Once completed, we can arrange for your tools to be delivered or collected
